Smart Industrial Asset Management Platform
Monitoring, traceability, and predictive maintenance for critical equipment, machinery, generators, and industrial infrastructure.
What the Platform Does
We connect industrial assets, sensors, communication nodes, local servers, dashboards, and artificial intelligence to transform field data into operational intelligence.
Industrial Monitoring
We capture critical variables from machines, motors, generators, panels, cold rooms, and production equipment using dedicated sensors and field-level data sources.
Reliable Communication
ESP32 PoE and RS485 nodes transmit data from distributed sensors to a master node, designed for stable communication in industrial environments.
Predictive Intelligence
Dashboards, alerts, analytics, and AI models help identify abnormal behavior, anticipate failures, and support better maintenance decisions.
How the Solution Works
The platform follows a modular architecture that connects field data with local processing, visualization, alerts, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
1- Data Capture
Sensors and equipment signals capture critical information such as temperature, vibration, current, pressure, humidity, operating hours, and alarms.
2- Communication & Processing
ESP32 PoE and RS485 nodes send field data to a master node, which consolidates and forwards useful information to a local server.
3- Dashboards & Intelligence
The local server processes, stores, and visualizes the data through dashboards, alerts, reports, and analytical models for predictive maintenance.
Results You Can Expect
The platform helps companies improve asset visibility, reduce unplanned downtime, and move from reactive maintenance to a more predictive and data-driven model.
Solution Architecture
Sensors and critical equipment connect to ESP32 PoE or RS485 nodes. These nodes communicate with a master ESP32 PoE device, which sends useful information to a local server through the internal network. The server manages dashboards, alerts, analytics, historical data, and external access through corporate networks, routers, or Starlink when required.
